Records & Registration

How can the Records and Registration Office help you? The Records and Registration Office offers students a variety of services which include registration, transcript services, student status verification, degree audit information and updates of personal information. The Records and Registration Office helps to manage Web Advisor, which provides students a variety of on-line functions. By logging in through Web Advisor, students can register for courses, view their unofficial transcripts, pay their bill and view their program evaluations.

Important Registration Dates:
Fall 2016 registration began on April 4th and is ongoing until the first day of any term (for start dates of terms please click Mini Terms at CCM).
**16FA14 registration begins on August 22, 2016**

Grading Information:
Grades are due 2 days after the final exam is given and can be viewed on Web Advisor at that time.

Incomplete Grade Conversion (Incomplete grades become failing grades) :

Important Policies
Effective Fall 2015 -  Grading System  
Effective Fall 2014 for registering/adding classes:

Online/Hybrid Courses - Online/Hybrid classes must be added to your schedule the day prior to the start of the term - no exceptions can be made.
Registering for all other CoursesYou will be able to add a class to your schedule provided that the class has not yet met. Once a class has been in session, you will not be able to add it to your schedule.
Closed Classes - classes may not be over enrolled, please don't ask us.

Mon. & Thurs.: 8:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Customer Service Window will only be open until 6:15pm
