How to Register for CE Classes

MAIL completed registration form and payment to:

Total payment by check or money order must accompany your registration. Each student should send a separate check. Do not mail cash. Check or money order should be made payable to County College of Morris.
 
IN-PERSON registration may be completed in the Student Community Center, 220 (parking lot 6–obtain a visitor’s pass at the Public Safety Office located opposite lot 5). The Records and Registration Office is open 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and until 6:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays (while evening classes are in session). You may pay by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
 
  • To register on-line: 
Registration must be completed three business days prior to the first class and Social Security Number is required for on-line registration.
    1. Go to webadvisor.ccm.edu.
    2. In the MAIN MENU—click on the YELLOW Continuing Education (Non-Credit) box.
    3. Under the YELLOW Registration Tab (at the bottom) Click on the BLUE LINK for Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes (Non-Credit).
    4. Scroll down to the SECOND FIELD (course code number) and ENTER the 5 DIGIT SECTION NUMBER FROM THE PROGRAM.  Click SUBMIT. You do not have to fill anything else on this page.
    5. On the SELECT CLASS page you will see a long row with information about the class you chose.  MARK SELECT in the first column. (please note if there are available seats in the last column) Click SUBMIT.
    6. You need to have your SSN to proceed. Make sure you MARK YOU MUST CERTIFY IN ORDER TO PROCEED: I certify that I am the person described above, and that the information presented here is correct to the best of my knowledge. CLICK SUBMIT.
    7. The next page is your payment information.
    8. If you are done, you will get a confirmation immediately. If you want to choose another class, it will give you that option and you will go back to STEP 4.
  

PLEASE NOTE: Change of Information. The on-line system is unable to automatically update changes of name, address or phone number since your last registration.  To change your information, go to www.ccm.edu.  Put Change of Information Form into the Search Box.  Print and complete. This helps the college contact you with mailings, course changes or cancellations.  You may not receive your certificate or transcript if your information is not updated.  Please help us to serve you better.
