Do you ever feel distressed or overwhelmed? Due to many difficult things that may be going on in one’s life; such as school, home, and work, it can be difficult to manage all the multitude of emotions that may develop. Since it is common for people, especially college students, to feel depressed, frustrated, alone and angry, this forum/outlet is being provided to assist students in understanding what it is they may be feeling and to aid students in obtaining ideas in how to handle various emotions and situations.
