CCM Professor Presented with American Graphic Design Award

Invitation Design Recognized for Excellence

Paul Kiesche of Long Valley, adjunct professor at County College of Morris (CCM) and owner of Paul Kiesche Design, LLC (PKD) in Chester, recently won a 2012 American Graphic Design Award from Graphic Design USA for an invitation design his firm created.

The firm designed the invitation for Cimquest Inc. to promote its 2011 event in Hershey, PA. Along with providing details about the event, the invitation features chocolate and candy details inspired by the location. The invitation folds out to an 18”x24” poster that can be displayed in an office.

This was an incredibly fun project to work on, and receiving an award for the poster we designed is a great honor for our whole team here at PKD,” said Kiesche.

The American Graphic Design Awards is Graphic Design USA’s flagship competition. The awards program draws thousands of entries each year from graphic design firms, advertising agencies, in-house corporate and institutional designers, publishers and other media.

A CCM graduate, Kiesche has been teaching classes in the Graphic Design program at CCM since 2005. Included among the work his firm has designed are the 2008 logo for the Boston Marathon and a website for Earthwise Beverages.
