One Username, One Password Begin to Arrive at CCM

Reducing the Need to Remember Multiple Logins - Posted 11/21/13
On January 13, 2014, County College of Morris (CCM) students, faculty and staff will be able to log into their CCM email, WebAdvisor, CCM wireless network, Blackboard and the Learning Resource Center proxy server with the same username and password.

For students only, passwords will automatically be changed to the letters ccm, followed by their seven-digit student identification number. For example, if a student’s ID number is 1234567, that student’s password would become ccm1234567 on January 13. Student usernames for all systems on campus will be the username that is used to log into WebAdvisor, student email accounts and the CCM wireless network.

For faculty and staff, their passwords will not be changed. Instead, they will be able to use the same username and password they use to log into their CCM computer and email accounts to also access WebAdvisor and Blackboard. The only exception is Colleague, which will continue to require a distinct password that is changed on a regular basis.

For more detailed information on how the password change impacts students, go to www.ccm.edu/onepassword.
