CCM Youth Programs Inspire Imaginations

Thomas Nast, a fifth grader at Old Farmers Road School in Long Valley, attended “Make Your Own Video Game” taught by instructor Derek Lewis the spring of 2010. Thomas thought the experience was great and is considering a career in computer science or engineering.

“Make Your Own Video Game” is taught by Black Rocket Productions, which specializes in digital arts and academic enrichment programs. Black Rocket programs are powered by children’s imaginations and bring young people's ideas to life in fun learning environments.

Other Black Rocket courses offered through CCM’s Community and Professional Programs include “Your First Video Game,” “Camp Rock Star,” “TV/Screen Acting,” and “Lightz, Camera, Action!
